Travis Eliot credited as "...one of the brightest rising stars in the yoga world," began teaching yoga to people all over the world in Thailand. It was there that he committed his life to the yogic arts. His class is meditative, dynamic, and transforming and will keep you physically resilient, mentally sharp, emotionally balanced, and spiritually charged!! In addition to teaching yoga Travis leads Kirtan (devotional chanting).

Travis has 2 DVD's "Yoga Basics with Travis Eliot" and "Yoga Evolution with Travis Eliot." He is currently working on his first chant CD, is the Creator/Director of the Udaya Retreat Center, is co-Director of the Travis Eliot and Rudy Mettia TruYoga Teacher Training, is a faculty member of Kripalu, and has traveled the world teaching and studying in places like India, Bali, and Thailand.
